God gives dreams to His people

D.- Desire given by God
R-. Right
E.- Enthusiasm
A.- aspiration
M.- Mountain-Moving

Psalm 37:4 “Delight thyself also in the Lord; and He shall give thee the desires of Thine heart. “

When we are delighting ourselves in the Lord Jesus Christ; He is going to place certain desires upon our heart. He is going to Imprint His dream for our lives upon our heart in the form of desires.

God always gives us dreams for high achievement. When God gives you a dream you must believe it can come true.

God is pleased with people who attempt the impossible. There is no such thing as an impossible dream with God. See Luke 18:27 Jesus said “I will be with you” & that is our guarantee of success.

If you believe something is impossible, the devil will come to you & show you all the reasons why you are right. He will give you all the logical reasons why your dreams are impossible.

But, when you believe that your God-given dream is possible because of Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ upon the Cross, then God will come on the scene & give you ideas on ways of doing it. The choice to believe is yours to make.

Proper Faith in the work of Christ on the Cross is the activator of God’s Power – unbelief is the energizer of the unseen forces of darkness. See Matt 17:20; Luke 17:6 Unbelief is a thief See Matt 13:58

Consider what unbelief does:

1- it keeps you from thinking straight.
2 -it keeps you from getting the right persecutive on things.
3 – it holds back progress in every area of your life.
4 – it drains your strength & vitality.
5 – it prevents God from working in & through your life.

Don’t let unbelief rob you of the success God wants for your life.

Let me quickly add that we are not so much called to be a success; we are called to be faithful.

Proclamation for March 27, 2015

Make this proclamation with me today, will you…… The Rest Of My Life Will Be The Best Of My Life…….. I am Faithful to God, To the Word, To the Blood, and the Word says A Faithful Man Will Abound In Blessings…..( Prov 28:20)…. The blessings of the Lord come in a variety of ways….. IN JESUS NAME……

Keeping perspective and a right Spirit

God has been doing such amazing things so far this year that I really just have not had the time to update these entries until now.
For some reason, I have been sitting here today thinking about the path that God has laid out for me and particularly the one I have already walked.

I am reminded of Jeremiah 1:4-10 NKJV
“4 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you;
Before you were born I sanctified you;
I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
6 Then said I:
“Ah, Lord God!
Behold, I cannot speak, for I am a youth.”
7 But the Lord said to me:
“Do not say, ‘I am a youth,’
For you shall go to all to whom I send you,
And whatever I command you, you shall speak.
8 Do not be afraid of their faces,
For I am with you to deliver you,” says the Lord.
9 Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me:
“Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.
10 See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms,
To root out and to pull down,
To destroy and to throw down,
To build and to plant.””

There is a calling that is different than that which every believer has received. I still believe there is a 5 fold ministry call according to Eph.4:11-16 NKJV “11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.”
It is this 5 fold that God uses in the equipping process for the members of the body of Christ… It is not a calling that puts one above another but yet this choice as to the calling is strictly in the hands of God. It is His choice and not mine or yours. The body should function in unity as to the spreading of the Gospel under this Godly structure and not apart from it.

As I look back at all the battles fought and won by the Lord on my behalf; I come to realize that all has been His doing. Every time God has sent me, I have grown and seen the fulfillment of His promises to and in my life. When I have tried to send myself, I have also grown through the hardships that though allowed by God were in fact, self induced. God teaches us and takes us step by step into operating only in our office He appoints us.

Never allow yourself to envy the office of another. Never withhold support out of that posture of envy; and always, always sow away from yourself. Satan will try harder than ever to divide the body of Christ in these last days and God showed me that one thing satan will use are “The jealous brothers of Joseph”. That will be another message however. We just need to make certain that we operate out of an humble heart and attitude and be thankful for the place God has given us. Not trying to take more than God desires, we can enter His rest in a place of Contentment. I have to tell you that there is no one ministry or church that has a corner on the truth market. To even imply such in the most subtle of ways is to allow the wrong kinds of spirits to operate within you.

God will use each member of His body in these last days to accomplish His purposes in the Earth and He wants you and I to have Holy Spirit adventures in Him…. It has taken me over 32 years to understand these things and I still daily fall short. God could have done so much more had I grasped this sooner. What can I say? I am just an old knucklehead…

I have watched so many today claim to be the “only source of truth” out of this bitter, jealous spirit and it breaks my heart at the confusion and devastation it has caused and is causing… Ladies and Gentlemen, we must never view this race as a race to outdo other ministries. Ours is a fight to the finish with the powers of hell; not with each other. The Blood of Jesus is the only hope for this dying world and I for one am thankful for all who preach the Blood….

I know I have rambled a bit and I am not really done with this but will close out this entry and write more another time…. Please hear my heart and help each other. Do not wrestle with flesh and blood but take aim at the true enemy; Satan and his minions, and one way to do that is by walking in love and unity… The devil hates that because it will stop his insidious designs….

Be very careful what spirit you allow to take a hold of you. The ministry (ministries) you sit under should stand for truth and also for compassion and love. And outreach rather than inreach.
God bless you and see you farther on up the road.

The Focused Heart

Psalm 112:7-8 says ”He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon
his enemies.

The christian must keep his/her heart firmly fixed and focused on Jesus Christ and Him crucified at all times. When the storms of life assail the believer from all sides, the believer will come through each storm-provided they are maintaining their faith in the proper object,ie.. THE CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST……

All of mans self-help programs and humanistic psychology offer no lasting help and protection from lifes storms. our only, and i mean Only hope can be found in the finished work of Jesus Christ upon the cross of Calvary.

I am a human being as I suppose all of you to be as well, and sometimes my heart bleeds. When that happens for whatever reason, I fix my heart and hope on the cross. This gaze of true faith brings healing, help, and hope to the believer.

Our victory in life, despite circumstances, depends on what we have as the object of our faith. The Holy Spirit will help any believer who is trusting in what Jesus did at the cross. That in fact, is the only way the Holy Spirit can help the believer. If the child of God is trusting in their own strength and self-effort, the Holy Spirit cannot and will not aid in such.

Gods desire is that each of us as believers walk in total victory through the storms of life. He desires further that we focus our hearts on the cross of Calvary. This my dear friend is true, bible faith. On the cross, Jesus provided everything that you and I need in life. Peter tells us ” According as His Divine Power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and Godliness, through the knowledge of Him Who has called us to Glory and Virtue; Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and Precious Promises; that by these you might be partakers of the Divine Nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” [2 Peter 1:3-4] All this is made possible by what Jesus did at the cross….

Evil tidings from the world around us should not put the believer in fear because we can be certain of the constant help of the Holy Spirit in our lives if our faith is properly placed in what Jesus did for us at Calvary

The Lion And The Lamb

Revelation 5:5-7 King James Version (KJV)
5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

Christ is here presented as both Lion (Ruler) from the tribe of Judah and as Lamb (Redeemer)… The term “Root Of David” shows a messianic connection with the Davidic Covenant.. (cf. 2 Sam.7:16; Is 11:1) This shows the Right of Christ to the Throne of Israel….

This Vision of Christ ties together the total aspect of both His First and His Second Coming….. The Work of Jesus Christ as both Savior and Sovereign… Jesus has the right to judge, possess, and Rule the Earth because of His submission to the death of the Cross (cf. Phil. 2:8-11)……

The Lion of the Tribe of Judah…. Jesus Christ , has met the qualifications to open the scroll… You see this is none other than the LION from between the feet of Judah (Gen 49:10)… The Root of David (IS 11:1)… The Prince of Peace (IS 9:6-7)…. The LAMB of God (Jn 1:29)… THIS IS JESUS CHRIST THE LORD!

This typology of Christ runs throughout the entirety of the Bible. On Mt. Moriah, where sacrifice was about to be made, Issac asked his father Abraham, “Where Is the Lamb?” (Gen 22:7).. John the Baptist, looking at Jesus for the first time said, “Behold, The Lamb Of God ” (Jn 1;29)…. Here in our text today The Lord Jesus makes another appearance and the Host of Heaven sings, WORTHY IS THE LAMB…. (V12).. Brothers and sisters….. Jesus is the only one worthy because Jesus is the only one that has paid the purchase price.. HE purchased all things by HIS death on Calvary!!

Jesus is the only one worthy to take the scroll, the Title deed from the hand of the Father. On the Cross He purchased this by the Shedding of His Innocent, Pure, Holy, Sinless BLOOD… HE had never sinned.. He never failed God.. He IS GOD… HE took my place- HE took Your place on that Cross.. The innocent dying for the guilty..

Give Him Glory and Honor and Praise…..

Union With Christ

The uniqueness of the Christian faith and experience is the product and result of our Union with Christ. Christ in us and us in Christ..
Ten times Paul uses the Greek preposition sun translated “Together” to describe our (this) relationship between the Believer and Christ Jesus.
Believers were crucified (Gal 2:20) dead (Col 2:20) buried (Rom 6:4) quickened or Made Alive (Eph 2:1-5 & Col 2:13) raised ( Col 3:1; Eph 2:6) seated (Eph 2:6) and Glorified (Rom 8:17) TOGETHER WITH CHRIST………

In John 15 Jesus used the example of the vine and the branches to describe this relationship…

John 15 King James Version (KJV)

15 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

On the basis of this Holy Union The Apostle Paul shows us how the victorious Christian life can be opened up to us… He uses four key words in Romans 6….. 1)Know v6 2) reckon v11 3) yield v13 and 4) obey v17….. The Christian… any Christian… Every Christian CAN conquer sin Because CHRIST lives in them!!

A devoted child of God has no need to fear anything from their enemies. Our enemies are helpless unless we aid them by allowing them to affect us. No matter what they hit us with outwardly, they can not take us out of our Fathers hand of loving care if we dont walk away from God. Our enemies cant take away our grace from the Lord. Nor can they take the joy of the Lord from our hearts.

The word of God is filled with absolute proof of our Gods commitment to defend and bless us and avenge us in the very presence of our enemies. ” Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.”[Psalm 23;5]
Really, enemies can be a blessing to the child of God because they move our God to stand up on our side. God delights in doing just that..
When evil people concoct devilish schemes against you, lift up your heads. You dont have to make one effort to defend your self, begin waiting on God. Do not think or speak any evil. Spend some time seeking God for them and praying in the Spirit. Allow love to abound. If you are totally God’s, then He is in charge.

”Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake; for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you,and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice and be exceeding glad; for great is your reward in heaven; for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.” [Matthew 5: 10-12]

The word blessed means ”to be envied, fortunate, and well off”. Watch the persecuted church and people of God as God lifts them up and showers His presence in their midst. You have never seen anything more beautiful than Gods Holy table spread before His persecuted and reviled children. Both in this world and the world to come.

One last scripture before we close. “Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the Lord; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”[Psalm 37: 1-4]

Every ”blood-washed” child of God is His joy.. Let us live by this inspiration.
